The intelligent digital regulator produced by our company adopts a self-developed and customized specialized integrated circuit produced by a Japanese integrated circuit manufacturer. It not only gathers most of the functions of various regulating instruments in current automatic control systems, but also integrates circuits such as CPU, I/O interface, EPROM, and D/A conversion. Coupled with a software system that draws on diverse strengths, carefully compiles, and repeatedly debugs, this instrument has the following characteristics: |

1. The hardware of the instrument has been significantly reduced, and the composition structure of the system is relatively simple. Within the scope of user application, multiple input signals are compatible. |
2. We have adopted optimized design and significantly improved the process. There are no flying wires or adjusting potentiometers, and all calibration and functions can be completed by software through the keyboard. |
3. Up to six alarm outputs can be set, with more than ten alarm methods, and alarm parameters can be monitored. |
4. Two optional D/A output ports can be added to provide optoelectronic isolation for both process and control quantities, ensuring the safety and reliability of the controlled system. Provide two constant voltage sources, 5V and 24V, to meet the needs of most auxiliary functions. |
5. Any complex control, regulation, alarm, output and other functions can be easily operated by the instrument operator. After setting, they are password protected to make it a foolproof instrument, and the on-site operator will not be able to modify the locked parameters. It can even prevent operators from viewing. Four categories and hundreds of levels of anti-interference modes set by users themselves can adapt to various environmental interference sources. |

1. Single row digital display: directly displays instrument measurement values. |
|
2. Double row digital display: The upper row displays the measured values. The lower row displays the set value. In the measurement state, the lower display can be switched to the percentage of the measured value by pressing the key. |
|
3. Double row digital tube+single analog strip: The upper row displays the measured values. The lower row displays the percentage of set values or measured values, while a single analog bar indicates the percentage of measured values or simulated outputs. |
|
4. Single row digital tube+double row analog bar: The digital tube displays the measured value of the instrument, and pressing the plus key can display the percentage of the measured value or the percentage of the analog output. The left row of analog bars indicates the percentage of measured values; The analog bar on the right row indicates the percentage of the set value or the percentage of the analog output. |

Instrument usage and maintenance/Instrument use and maintenance------------------------------------◆◆

1. Choose the appropriate instrument model and related programs as needed, so that users can use them without debugging or directly. |
2. Due to the multiple functions of the instrument, it is recommended to set the B menu operation program and wiring correctly according to the working conditions. If necessary, it is suggested that the user send personnel to the manufacturer for learning. |
3. If the instrument is damaged due to quality issues at the manufacturing plant, the manufacturer will provide free repairs within one year. |
